Lekky County Homes Estates
Lekky County Homes is a large-scale residential estate located in Ikota, Lekki, along the Lagos–Epe Expressway, almost opposite Eleganza Plaza.
The project was developed through a joint venture between Megamound Investment Limited and Mayfair Building Society Limited. Megamound acted as the financier and development manager, overseeing planning, infrastructure delivery, and overall execution.

The estate was developed through a joint venture with the Ojomu Chieftaincy Family. Megamound handled land reclamation and coordinated the delivery of core infrastructure, including roads, drainage, water supply, electricity, and perimeter fencing.
